Mobility Support w/o Memory Care Package
For individuals who need help moving safely and confidently throughout the day
Ideal for seniors or individuals with mobility challenges who live at home or with family.
Purpose:
To provide safe, respectful, and empowering support for individuals who need physical assistance with walking, moving around the home, or staying active—while preserving dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Package Includes All non-memory care services with the addition of :

Assistance with safe transfers (bed, chair, toilet) any lifts or transfer devices must be provided by the client

Escorting to and from different rooms or areas

Support with walking, stretching, or light exercise routines (as recommended)

Help with positioning for comfort and fall prevention

Encouragement and reminders for healthy movement throughout the day

Companionship during transitions (morning routine, bedtime, etc.)

Assistance with getting in and out of cars for outings or appointments

Collaboration with physical therapy routines (non-clinical support)

Assistance with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
